    Hello hopefully someone can help me, I am from England and WAS wondering does anyone Have Detailed information on the WWE tours of Italy in 1988 and 1989 please? They HAD tours in April and October 1988 and April 1989. These shows did anyone got to watch? In Which towns and What Were the Results? Also Is There Some video footage from These tours Such as Bret Hart vs. Andre the Giant in 1989? Many thanks.

    Televised on Italia1 - included Dan Peterson on commentary:

    Brady Boone pinned Steve Lombardi with a German suplex
    WWF Tag Team Champions Demolition defeated Paul Roma & Jim Powers at 7:47 when Ax pinned Roma following the Decapitation
    Brutus Beefcake defeated Greg Valentine via disqualification at 8:06 when Valentine shoved referee Dave Hebner as he attempted to take a chair away from Valentine; after the bout, Beefcake fought off an assault from Valentine and cleared the ring after motioning that he would cut Valentine's hair
    Koko B. Ware pinned Ron Bass with a roll up at 9:10 as Bass was arguing with referee Dave Hebner
    The Ultimate Warrior fought Hercules to a double count-out at 4:24 after Warrior sent Hercules into the ringpost as both men began brawling on the floor (The Best of the WWF Vol. 16)
    Andre the Giant pinned Jim Duggan following a boot to the face at 6:55 as Duggan ran into the corner; after the bout, Andre choked Duggan until Andre cornered referees Dave Hebner and Tim White, with Duggan then repeatedly hitting Andre with the 2x4 until Andre left the ring (The Best of the WWF Vol. 16)

    penso che nell'88 fosse ancora trasmessa da Koper prima di passare su tele+2 e rimanere in chiaro quell'annetto e passa (poi inizio' il famoso effetto "negativo").
